The EEFF package includes free technical consultancy from:
EEFF - the EU EBRD Energy Efficiency Finance Facility - is a grant-supported financing line for Romania from the European Commission and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
Private sector industrial companies in Romania may identify and finance energy efficiency investment opportunities using:- Free expert technical consultancy to plan an energy efficiency investment;
- Loans of up to 2.5 million EUR per company from participating banks to finance the investment;
- 15% EU grants - up to 375,000 EUR per grant - when the investment is complete.

- MWH - who verifies when your investment is complete, based on which EBRD pays your EU grant.
