Applying to use the EEFF is easy

EEFF is designed to be fast and easy to access.

If Tractebel Engineering confirms that your investment idea is eligible and a participating bank confirms that you are creditworthy, we start to work on a detailed investment proposal straight away.

Here are four ways to take the first step...

1. Contact Tractebel Engineering's EEFF Help Desk:

2. Contact any participating bank:
• Banca Comerciala Romana - EEFF page
• BRD Groupe Societe Generale - EEFF page
• BancaTransilvania - EEFF page
• CEC Bank - EEFF page
• OTP Bank - EEFF page
• Raiffeisen Bank - EEFF page

BCR, OTP and Raiffeisen are have plenty of EEFF funds remaining, so may finance investments up to the EEFF maximum of 2.5 million Euro. BRD has exhausted all of its EEFF funding. BT and CEC Bank have small amounts remaining - only around 100 000 Euro each - so they may now finance small sub-projects only.
3. If your energy efficiency investment proposal is already well-defined, make a formal application:
